error after upgrade

    Hi after upgrading WordPress to the latest version i now get this error “An error has happened while performing a request, the server has responded with response code 200” when i try to open emails and news letter or try to export my subscribers lists.
    can you give any help please?

    Fixed directly on the user’s website. He had some extra tags at the beginning of his functions.php file.
