error after woocommerce plugin update

Notice: ob_end_flush(): Failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (0) in /home3/my website/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5219

This error occurred immediately after updating the woocommerce plugin the other day. I turned off zlib.output_compression but it did not stop change anything.

Please advise

Could you please let us know what PHP version your server is running on? Sometimes updating PHP version does fix this error.

Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

php 8.0 I even downgraded to 7.4 to see if the error would go away before posting.

Any update on what this issue could be? I’m now getting a “error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds” and my site can’t communicate with wordpress.

I deactivated all my plugins and does not resolve the issue. I contacted my host and they said everything is fine on their end…

Could you try disabling WP Debug Mode and see if the error persists? I see WP Debug Mode is on currently.

Could you tell us where exactly you are seeing this error error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds? Is that after performing any action such as accessing WooCommerce Settings?

The error was on the site health screen. It has been resolved and all the errors have stored after I had our host remove sitelock security from our server!
