Error: Announcement Duplication

Hi,

When creating an announcement we have noticed that two copies are being made. An example of this can be found below where the announcement is created successfully:

https://eulum.com/announcement/new-electronic-design-facility/?customize_changeset_uuid=e6c85286-2341-4668-ae71-37d9da47416d&customize_autosaved=on

then the announcement is duplicated but with no content:

https://eulum.com/timeline/facility/?customize_changeset_uuid=e6c85286-2341-4668-ae71-37d9da47416d&customize_autosaved=on

How do we delete the second announcement (the duplicate) and stop this from happening in the future?
