Hmm, would you be able to access the error_log of your website? It should contain the error which would show us where it fails.
We never heard of such behavior, unfortunately.

Sorry to say but this looks like a GB library internal error and we can’t do much about it. We added a better error handling though
GB library error? So what can we do? This is a critical issue for the site i’m building.
The only one thing which can be done is to update the library to the latest version on the server. This would have to be done by server administrator.
You could also try to update PHP version to 7.3 which should contain the more recent GB build installed
I have found another plugin I want to use, and I have deactivated and then deleted this plugin, but the watermark remains on the product image. I need a solution ASAP!
