    Hi,
    Thanks for using our plugin!

Could you please elaborate on the error you’re facing on checkout and if possible please attach a screenshot too so that we can check and help you, also please let us know which payment gateway you’re using as of now for subscription orders?

    Thanks

    Hi,
The payment gateway is Stripe the plugin for stripe that I am using is Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce.

    Here is the screenshot. https://paste.pics/d13b9e780adc951618802f06ae94a7b6

Doing this I found another issue. It is asking for me to be logged into my account before I check out. People usually create an account during the check out process not before. Do I need to start another support topic for this?

    Thank you

    Hi,
    Thanks for using our plugin!

In reference to your query, please generate a new API key, use that new API key and run a test again. Also, if you are using the test order kindly use the test mode for Stripe, use the test API key and run a test again.

In reference to your second issue, please go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy, and enable the option “Allow customers to create an account during checkout”.

    Thanks
