Error at Generating

After pressing the button “Generate” it says the following message:
Error: Your server settings are not compatible with WP APP Studio Platform. Please copy the content of your debug page and include it in your support ticket.
I’ve tried in two different servers obtaining the same response.
When I go to the Debug menu it says the following:
