Error at saving page

    Deactivating Wordfence solved my problem.

    But I would like to stay with Wordfence, so is there a solution?:

    When trying to save a new page, I received an error message. Shortly, the error message said:

    “An error has occurred while saving your page. It can be … firewall blockages, plugin conflicts… “…
    It suggests
    1) to Increase different PHP variables (which I did – I upgraded server)
    2) audit firewall error log (such as ModSecurity)
    3) Recommended temporarily disable all WP plugins and browser extension

    I deactivated a number of plugins, and it was when deactiving Wordfence, that the problem got solved.

    Did you try saving the page with the firewall in learning mode? If Wordfence caused it, that would probably fix it. Then the action is whitelisted going forward so you don’t have the issue again.
