    Hello support team
    I use your tool to do multiple choice tests for my employees
    My staff responded that the study answers were switched when they reviewed the results page
    They said they chose answer c but the results came back saying they chose D

    The error here could be that they carelessly chose D, but more and more employees are complaining about this.
    I choose random questions and answers https://prnt.sc/akmjtecLPfRC, Is this likely to cause the above error?
    So the question is whether the above error can occur or not? Otherwise, how can I confirm that with my staff? Thank you all

    We understand your concern, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I have replicated the same settings on my end and tried taking the quiz, and everything worked smoothly. Kindly check the quiz I created here . Since you have enabled the randomize questions and answers setting, it will shuffle the answers shown but should not cause any errors in marking the right answer.

    To ensure everything runs smoothly, please make sure you are using the most updated version of QSM 9.11, as this might contain a fix for this. Additionally, could you please share the website URL where this issue has occurred so that we can take a closer look?
