    Hi @llopa

    Seems like PHP don’t have full access to all directories on your website.
    It may cause download issues as well, if it’s possible please adjust.

    If the issue is only caused by directory mentioned in log file.
    Please follow these steps:
    1. Open first section of our plugin and expand exclusion rules
    – Section name: “What will be backed up?”
    2. Find “Exclude by directory path” header and enable it
    3. Enter here this line: ***ABSPATH***/wp-content/ai1wm-backups
    4. Save that section
    5. Now, go to “Other options” section
    6. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    7. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    8. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 100)
    9. Save “Other options” section
    10. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    11. Try again 🙂
