Error : Backup Folder Not Found

    I installed the plugin, configured it and it ran its first backup after I finished configuration but it gives this error:

    “WARNING: fopen(/home/*****/public_html/wp-content/uploads/backwpup/ddbae4/temp/backwpup-ddbae4-folder.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory”

    I deleted and reinstalled the plugin and it still gives the same error. It seems that the plugin is not creating a required backup folder.

    With Filezilla, I checked the backup directory and the “backwpup-ddbae4-folder.php” does not exist.

    Why is the plugin not creating the required folder?

    Also, I just noticed that the plugin is not sending emails when errors occur.
