    This is the error-message in the logfiles.

    Could you please share the debug information from BackWPup > Settings > Information? In the meantime, have you tried running basic troubleshooting by deactivating other plugins to find any conflicts? If you find any, please let us know.

    This seems to be because of a plugin conflict.

    Have you tried running basic troubleshooting by deactivating other plugins to find any conflicts? If you find any, please let us know.

    If this does not help, could you please share the debug information from BackWPup > Settings > Information?

    I found out that plugin Paytium has a conflict with BackWPUp.

    In that case, please report issue to respective plugin support. Or else, you can run backup after deactivating conflicting plugin.
