how you mapped this field in feed ? did you see any error in logs ?
Ah, There was only an option for “Contacts” in the ZOHO object – I refreshed it and now it shows me an option for invoices etc – I assume this is what makes the difference?
It is mapped as
Type: Standard Field
select Field: Shipping State / County
I think it is mapped correctly, but it appears that ZOHO books rejects any county/state that is longer than 5 characters – I had exactly this problem with wave accounting and wave connect – I had to delete that entry to get any api communication to work – this doesn’t seem like a good option or fix
Ah, OK, just realised there is a map point for state coude and state – just deleted the state code entry – all good now!

Hi,
I am now struggling to get the TAX to work with the shipping line – I can get the line totals tax to transfer and I can get the shipping total to transfer, I can get the shipping total including tax to transfer, but I cannot get the shipping tax to transfer – this means I cannot correctly account for tax as it seems there is no way to have a correct tax total charged including items and shipping
