Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

The problem is sometimes solved itself. And again it occurs. I can not get or disable modules, Anie switch between themes. Help

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

This problem is more insidious. Sometimes appear, and then disappear again. Nobody met with the that? How i delete GooglePublisherPlugin ? Can be done ? I think it is built. Thanks

    It’s not built-in.

Try manually resetting your plugins as directed in the guide linked to above.

Then, re-enter the Dashboard and simply delete the plugin from the Plugins section of the Dashboard.
