Error by trying reinstall the plugin

WP Statistics is deleted, you can now disable or delete the plugin -> error message on my plugin page. WP statistics is in my plugin list, but i cant activate or deleter it. Also i deleted it in my flile folder, when i install the plugin again, i get the same massage. So what do i need to do for reintstalling this plugin. I wanted to delete the records and made a mistake by deleting the plugin.
