error caching sitemap_index.xml

    Hello! I have added an exception to the sitemap_index.xml caching
    But, it is still cached and search engines cannot read it.

    conflicts with Rank Math SEO
    Rank Math SEO sitemap.xml is generated with an error: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
