About a week ago, I started getting the error message pasted below. It happens every night. It appears that it’s happening when it’s trying to backup the WordPress XML file. Not sure where to start troubleshooting other than just skipping the XML backup for now. Any ideas?

    Hi,

we are trying to reproduce this error. Can you please enable the wordpress debugging, run the job again and check the content of the debug.log file afterwards. Please see this doc https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Debugging_in_WordPress about WordPress debugging. The debug.log is located in the wp-content directory of your wordpress installation.

    Thx for your help

@hike734 and @djandyj, are both of you still experiencing this error?

I think I’ve found where the bug is, but want to be sure. Can you let me know whether you have the WooCommerce ProductBundles plugin installed? I believe there is some conflict that arises between BackWPup and ProductBundles when an export is run. If you could verify that for me, that would be helpful.
