ERROR: can not insert term into database

    Hi everyone, I have seen this error pop up in two areas of my WordPress site. The first is when trying to create a new menu using QuadMenu. I keep getting an error that reads “can not insert the term into the database”. I originally thought the error was related to QuadMenu however, I encountered the same menu when trying to create a new category for my posts. Thank you to everyone’s suggestions
