ERROR: Cannot connect to FTP server:

    Hi,

    When doing a backup everything goes well except for the uploading of the file to the FTP server. I get a message saying:

    ERROR: Cannot connect to FTP server: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

    I’ve double checked the credentials and can access the server and directory using FileZilla. I have also tested creating a file in the directory I want to store the backups in and this has worked.

    Any ideas as to what else I could check?
