    I was trying to backup my site and got this error: ERROR: Cannot create backup archive correctly. Aborting creation.

    This is what was happening when that happened: Compressing files as PclZip. Please be patient, this may take a moment.

    And when I looked at the working log this was the error that appeared: [30-Jan-2018 01:32:05] ERROR: PclZip archive add error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Please help
