Error: cannot create ZIP archive

Hello,

I have got an error saying “cannot create a ZIP archive”.
I was able to take a backup successfully with a same setting before, but it stopped working all of sudden.
Could anyone help me, please?

If it’s possible, I would like to keep “ZIP” form.
