Error Cannot query users by their username

    Hi,

    When im trying to add another facebook feed from another page, this error appears
    error : (#803) Cannot query users by their username (Cat).

    The first and other fb page i added works fine but only this page is not working

    Hi there,

    Please follow the step below to fix this problem and let us know if it works.

    1. Login in your Facebook account, open the page you are trying to create a feed with. Go to Page Settings and make sure Page visibility option is set to Page published.

    2. From the upper-right corner of your Facebook account, please choose Settings, then select Business integrations option from the left sidebar. Check 10Web social feed plugin, then remove it.

    3. As the last step, please go to the WordPress administrative dashboard of your website, navigate to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and reauthenticate.

    Thanks for the fast reply but the error is still there 🙁
    The page was already in page published mode when i tested it earlier

    Will it be the Facebook page’s problem?

    Hi,

    We are not sure about that, could you please check whether you have age/country restrictions on your Facebook page?

    If so, please drop them and test the feed again.
