error can’t change image profile

Hello,

Thanks for your plugin WP User Avatars.
WP User Avatars is great plugin.

After update this plugin to version: 1.3.0 for wordpress v4.7.5 is not competible.

i changed image via upload or media gallery is “blank” image.
like this blank image
