    Hi @aazztechcat

Thank you for contacting us — I’m happy to clarify this for you.

Based on the shortcode you shared, it does not appear to originate from your third-party shortcode plugin. Instead, it is generated by the built-in Calendar Embed functionality included with our plugin. You can find the official documentation for this feature here:
    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-calendar-embed/

If you’re experiencing issues specifically related to your shortcode plugin, we recommend reaching out directly to the plugin’s developer for further troubleshooting, as they would be best positioned to provide support for their implementation.

Please let us know if you need any additional clarification on the Calendar Embed feature.

The shortcode was added using the “The Events Calendar” plugin, I create this shortcode exactly as specified in the provided link. I created another one in case it fixed the problem, but it’s still not working.

    Hi @aazztechcat

To help us investigate this further, could you please share the URL where the issue can be observed on your site? This will allow us to check it on our end and provide more accurate assistance.

Additionally, if you’re using a caching plugin or server-side caching, please try temporarily deactivating it to see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes caching can interfere with how content is displayed.
