Error checkout payment without details

    Hi guys.

    I’m trying to make the payment on my new website and when I click “realizar pedido”, after insert the payment details (paypal or stripe), there is a error I cannot see the details.

    This looks like something related to previously registered user information, but nothing is displayed as mandatory or anything like that.

    What can I do?

    Hello,

    Does this issue occur only when you try to place an order with PayPal or Stripe? What happens when you try to place an order with a default payment method such as check payment?

    In order for us to take a closer look at the issue, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
