error: class-wp-upgrader.php display() on a non-object

    Just updated a multi site installation to 3.4.1 and then tried to update the two default themes (twenty ten and twenty eleven).

    Error returned is: Fatal error: Call to a member function display() on a non-object in /home/wp/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 1385

    Anyone clued in on this issue?
