Error Code: 0001

    Hi,

    I installed the plugin on a fresh wordpress site i created to build a customer survey for a client of mine.

    When I try to create a survey I get the error code 0001.

    In the logs the error appears like this:

    tried it with a complete new installation of wordpress.
    Same error. Seems like the table wp_mlw_quizzes is not created during install process.

    Any help please?

    Hi,

    thanks for your reply.

    I did as mentioned but it didn’t solve the problem. Same error when trying to add a survey.

    any more ideas?

    Hello there,

    I am sorry to hear you’ve run an issue. To check if it’s an issue either with QSM or its pro add-ons, please try disabling all pro add-ons at once and try running your test.

    Hi Kharis,

    there are no add-ons installed.
    I installed on a fresh WP to test and still get the same error.

    Hello there,

    Probably your site’s database couldn’t be populated by QSM plugin’s tables. Try deactivating QSM plugin and removing it from plugins list. Then repair your database.

    Hi,

    tried it. Didn’t solve the issue.
    I would have been surprised since it is a complete fresh WP I’m working on.

    So no change. All tables were fine and same error after installing and activating the plugin again.

    Also, it is only the wp_mlw_quizzes table that is not generated.

    wp_mlw_results
    wp_mlw_questions
    wp_mlw_quizzes_qm_audit_trail

    are in the database but no entrys. Columns are all there but no data
