When I try to generate a quiz, I get this error message…

Error! There has been an error in this action. Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001

I suspect the problem is that I have a WP multisite. Plugins are installed at the domain level and distributed to the subdomains from there.

But I am trying to install the quiz at a subdomain.

The plugin works fine when I generate the quiz from inside domain.com. But when I try to generate a quiz from inside subdomain.domain.com, I get the 0001 error code.

If I generate the quiz in domain.com, but try to use the resulting shortcode in subdomain.domain.com, I get the error “It appears that this quiz is not set up correctly” showing on the web page with the shortcode.

So, in summary, I don’t seem to be able to generate a quiz in any of my subdomains. And note: WP will not let me install the plugin at the subdomain level, it has to be installed at the network level and network activated from there.

    Any help appreciated!

Update: I figured out a workaround.

Instead of activating the plugin at the network level, I activate it at the subdomain level. It works fine then. This means each subdomain has to be activated individually, and can’t share quizzes, but that’s not a huge problem for me.

    Greetings lazfin,

Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! I appreciate you reporting back about the network level issue. I’ll definitely look into this to see if I can get it working for network level capabilities.
