I have same issue: “Error code 1” with version 3100. Hope to see the reason & solution soon!
I find that when deactivate plugin “autoptimize” or at least choosing not to optimize js option => clear cache => the review plugin works as normal. I think its a js conflict but not sure which one.
Well, what JS errors do you see on the browser console when JS is optimized?
In recent time, i only install plugin autoptimize. Therefore I try to deactivate it first. After deactivating autoptimize, the customer review works as normal. When i turn on autoptimize without choosing js optimize option, the review email is still sent out. So I think js optimization is the reason.
Can you please let me know if you are still experiencing this problem with the latest version of the plugin? If yes, please let me know your store’s URL.
