Hi,
my name is eva, and i’m using the plugins for reviews in my store. it worked perfectly until the last update, now when I send the manual reminder it gives me error code 1.

Please accept our apologies for this issue. It was caused by a fault of a load balancer in AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure that we use to distribute incoming traffic. We notified AWS support about this problem and it should be resolved bu now. If you still experience any problems, please let me know.
