Hi @hostsolutionslabs, glad it’s working now. If you encounter this error again, you can generally solve it by hitting the “deactivate” and then “activate” button on your plug-in manager.

Hi @tiktokbusinessplugin , so you mean I can use the same plugin on other sites with different tiktok accounts? I ask because before trying to connect today’s account I had the error message.
hi @hostsolutionslabs – yes you can use the same plug-in on different sites and connect the same TikTok account, but if one TikTok account is already connected to your current site, then you need to disconnect before connecting a new one.
