    We are using the YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce plugin on our WooCommerce site and have recently noticed some failed orders which relate to error code 10426 ‘We return this NVP/SOAP API error code when the transaction is refused due to an invalid argument with the ItemTotal, and the amount is invalid.’

    I’m wondering if you could offer any advice on this, the plugin is up to date along with WooCommerce and the WP version so it’s not an issue we have seen before. It might be that this is related to a rounding issue (already set to 2 decimal places), we’ve noticed a lot of failed orders are because coupon codes have been applied and add discounts. However it seems odd that this issue has just started happening without any recent changes or updates, previously we had no problems.

    Hi @seanlemon24,
    Those products on the failed order, are they regular products? Also, are you able to replicate the issue?
    If so, I suggest you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce. In this way, you can rule out if it’s a plugin conflict.
