[Error Code: 128113] Invalid product description

    Dear Sirs,
    All was working well till 4.7.4 of the UPS plugin.

    Since then some orders do not allow “Confirm shipment” and return an error line:

    Invalid product description for product number 2. Product description should be present at least once. Valid range is 0 to 35 alphanumeric [Error Code: 128113]

    Can you please check this and fix it?

    Usually, this error will happen if the product doesn’t have a proper title or the product is deleted. Please check it once.

    As you are using the Pus version, I request you to raise a ticket at our support forum where you will get top notch support. I will not be able to take queries for the paid plugin here, as this is dedicated forum for the free plugin.
