error code

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘/’ in /home/carolyn_mike/texas-sign-works.com/wp-content/themes/hybrid/comments.php on line 32

I see this error message on all pages of my word press website. I had to go into editor to remove suspicious activity but obviously removed something i shouldn’t have. I’m very inexperienced on how to fix this problem. if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
