Error Code from WooCommerce to Printify

Unable to publish in Printify to Woocommerce.

Can see that when trying to publish Printify is accessing API Consumer key ending in ***7f70954

Contacted Printify they advised their system was receiving the following error from WooCommerce servers

Unexpected status code “503”. Request “Upload Woo Image”. Response “<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> <html><head> <title>503 Service Unavailable</title> </head><body> <h1>Service Unavailable</h1> <p>The server is temporarily unable to service your re”

THey advised to contact wordpress support

A 503 server error normally means that your hosting server is overloaded and can’t handle the request. You would be best off asking your hosting company if there are any errors or if you are hitting and resource limits. If you can see logs on your server you’ll be able to look for this yourself.

Nothing that I can see. Don’t know why a single product syncing would hit any resource limits

Only your servers logs can tell you what’s going on. I have seen times when it’s a single process taking a huge amount of resources so it just fails, and others where sites outside of my site have been working too hard and that affects my part of the server. It could be literally anything, and without being able to see what’s going on on your server it’s a wild guess at best.

Have spoken to bluehost support and they say that there are no overload codes that they’re seeing

In that case, I recommend getting in touch with WooCommerce’s support about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/ if you have any of their paid WooCommerce products or https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.

find any solutions to this I am having the same issue and it worked fine just a bit a go. I am also using blue host
