Error Code on Mobile Device, not PC – Nonce Validation Failed

    I have a questionnaire on my site with 50 multiple choice questions, that did work in the past, but now it gives the error code “Nonce Validation Failed” when the person clicks on submit answers.

    It works fine on a windows 11 pc, but on Samsung mobile Chrome it gives that error. Other users also give me feedback that they are receiving the same error.

    What can I do to fix this? It has made the questionnaire unusable for most users.
