Hi @luxworx
When I check about the error, it seems the one triggering the API (your website) doesn’t have the CA certificate installed on their end when invoking an SSL request.
Could you please confirm if your website has an SSL certificate? Also, kindly share the URL where you’re experiencing the issue, and if possible, provide a full-page screenshot of the error (with any sensitive information blurred).

Hi @luxworx ,
Thank you for your message and the information.
It looks like your site is not forcing HTTPS protocol (see Why should you use Force HTTPS on your website? and https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTnQQrnhX1A). In that regard, I would recommend reaching out to your WebHost for proper configuration on forcing HTTPS on your website.
