    Hi @anamagmramos,

    Thanks for reaching out! Based on the debug log you’ve shared, it seems that the WP Mail SMTP plugin may have been configured incorrectly.

    Please contact your email provider’s support team to confirm the correct SMTP hostname and port settings. Ensure that these match the details in your WP Mail SMTP configuration.

    Once you have the correct information, update the settings in WP Mail SMTP -> Settings with the accurate SMTP hostname and port.

    After updating the settings, try sending a test email again to see if it is successfully received.
