    I am getting this error on my website

    Error occurred while checking account status. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

    Why is this?

    Hello @discstop,

    Please check that cURL and allow_url_fopen are enabled in php.ini.

    Also, please click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings and check whether the error still appears afterward.

    If the issue persists, please let us know.
