    Shipstation “An error has occurred.”

    The store is pulling the rates from shipstation but I can’t connect the store to shipstation. It gives me that error. The store is still under development and the payment gateway is not finalized yet. Not sure if that makes a difference.

    First, apologies for the delay. We have seen a recent influx of tickets and are currently working through a backlog.

    Error Connecting Shipstation

    As I understand, you are facing ShipStation connection issues, while your site is in development mode.

    Can you test the site’s connection in ShipStation, by going to Account Settings (the wrench at the top) > Selling Channels > Store Setup, please?

    From there, click on Connection next to your store and will need to enter your key again, found under WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation. This will let us know if there’s a connection problem or not.
