I encounter the same problem, I just reset the site settings. reinstalled. G site kit -> settings -> reset
But I make sure that all settings has been configured already. Hope this helps.
@supportimageid As @joycepratama mentions, a site reset can indeed help with the “site not found” error in many cases, although there are situations whereby the issue is caused by incorrect credentials for your site on the Site Kit service. This can be caused if you change your site URL, change your WordPress address, or change your wp-admin path and the plugin doesn’t recognize this change and ask you to set up the plugin once more.
Please do let me know if you happened to get Site Kit working once more after a reset. Note that if the plugin is not setup, you won’t be able to access the reset option via Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings Reset, but you can reset via Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit.
If you encounter the same after resetting, please share the following:
- Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you recall having changed your wp-admin path, your site URL or your WordPress files directory since
With regards to the plugin disconnecting frequently, this is a different issue and possibly related to a security plugin changing your WordPress SALT keys (your site constants). I can provide a fix for this if this is the case, but let’s ensure you are able to set up the plugin first. I will need to be able to see your Site Health information to review your active plugins.
Do let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
