When trying to configure the Site Kit plugin, I get this error:
    Error connecting Site Kit
Unknown error (code: site not found)

I have tried disabling the plugins and it didn’t work.
I have tried the site health check plugin and no response either.

I have cleared cache, and tried to connect incognito.

I have also tried uninstalling and installing the Site Kit plugin.

    I need help, please!!

Thanks for reaching out @yvburns. The “site not found” error you’re facing indicates that your site may have previously connected, and when trying to communicate to set up the plugin once more, it’s not recognizing your credentials. So we can determine more on this, and ensure you can get the plugin successfully connected, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. At what stage do you encounter this error? If during plugin set up, please share at what stage you land on this error, and the URL of that page (as it may contain a useful callback URL to help us determine the issue).
    3. Did you reset Site Kit at any stage (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit)? I’m aware you already uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, however, if you didn’t already try this, please go ahead and do so, before attempting to set up the plugin once more.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
