Error connecting to Dropbox

    Hi all,

    Firslty had trouble connecting to Google Drive, so tried Dropbox. No luck with Dropbox either. It is saying that ‘You do not appear to be authenticated with Dropbox (whilst deleting)’ but I have connected to Dropbox. See below from error log…

    Hi,

    Please could you try temporarily deactivating W3 Total Cache plugin? Do you still get the same error after deactivating?

    Hi Bryle,

    Have deactivated the W3 Total Cache plugin and have done a backup which worked. Thanks!

    Is there any way of still having W3 Total Cache plugin activated and backups working?

    The thing being logged there isn’t an error; it’s a PHP coding notice for developers. Does it actually stop the backup progressing? If so, then there’s some *other* factor involved. Is there anything in your Apache/PHP error logs?
