Error Connecting to Jetpack

Hi Guys,

I have the same problem I have read in other support forum threads called register_http_request_failed

Basically I get the same error message stated above, and it also says: SSL: read: error: 00000000:lib(0)func(0):reason(0), errno 0

I tried all the suggestions such as checking list of known conflicts, turning off plugins except jetpack, changing theme to twenty twleve but i still cannot connect to jetpack.

I installed the jetpack compatibility plugin, then chose select all, here are my results:
