Error Contact Form 7

Hello,
I am getting a red circle with an exclamation mark on the “Mail” tab. I can’t understand why I get this after trying to set up another different message form for a particular group of members.
The guy who built the site for our association set up random listing on the members pages which took a while to work properly, and he set up automatic collection of the email addresses for the message forms on each category generated page. Judging from the source code, these appear to be controlled by a jQuery js file as below.

I wish to set up a couple of different Contact Forms but the guy who built the site said it was too complicated and we have to pay him to do it!
I was elected as Webmaster as I have made several web sites and a couple for myself using html coding and some javascript for slide shows.
Please could you tell me if it is possible to set up multiple message forms with your plugin or do I need to install another different plugin. The web builder suggested MailChimp but I tried this on my web site and didn’t like it
I would prefer to use yours if possible.
