Error Contact Form 7

I’m experiencing a problem with Android and Google Chrome.  If I leave some fields incomplete, I get a validation error. But even after filling in the fields correctly, the error message still shows, and I have to wait around 20 seconds before I can submit the form.

In other browsers (Firefox, Opera, etc.), it works fine.
