    Hi
    I was wondering if you could assist me.
    Just installed your plugin on both sites.
    1. Used same security.
    2.checked all boxes
    3. whitelisted on both sites

    however i got this error:
    Error contacting the remote site: Payload error – Syntax error

    can yo please assist?
    Unfortunately I have no technical background.

    Hi @h4z3l88 ,

    There seems to be another unrelated error string being output during the communication. The payload is supposed to be a JSON string with specific data, and if it’s not the case, a payload syntax error occurs. Does the issue occur with 2 fresh installs of WordPress, WPRUS and default themes only?
