    Hi @idalatvn

    If you check these images in Media Library, are they optimized? If not, you should optimize them. I guess it is already done, so probably there was a problem with generating WebP for these specific thumbnail sizes.

    If you go to Imagify settings page, can you see “Generate missing WebP” images section? Can you run the process and let me know if that generated these images?

    I can see most of the images are properly displayed, so can you send me a link to the post related to the screenshot?

    When my website first loads the page, it doesn’t automatically convert the image to webp format. But when the page was refreshed, it converted to webp format.

    It could be due to the application not working properly or the file error on the host. Because my account has a lot of space left to do the image optimization.

    Hi @idalatvn

    Do you use LiteSpeed cache or any other caching layer except WP Rocket? I can’t see it, but it could be causing this kind of issues.

    I still see WebP format for your images. If you clear all caches and check again, does it show original format or WebP?
