Hi,
Please have a look at this: https://meowapps.com/fix-cookie-check-failure-wordpress/. The answer might be there 🙂
Hi @tigroumeow
Thank you for your reply. I spoke with Godaddy team support but they told me they can’t help with their cache management system. Do you have any experience with users using wordpress managed by Godaddy with your plugin?
Best, Edoardo
I know… They can’t help with anything. I’d like to tell them to GoAway! :p Not only they are snitching all the domain names and making the web a worse place every day, but they also giving a bad experience to their customers (I had many reports of that). They have no values it seems. My advice: don’t waste your precious time. There are many hosting services out there, and they are better. Your issue here will also go away 🙂
I am getting this error on repeat. Unfortunately, my domain is with Godaddy as well. Please help Jordy.
Unfortunately, I can’t do anything about it 🙁 If the cookies is forced by an external process to AI Engine to expire, I can’t stop it.
Maybe it’s an option somewhere – it must be – as it affects every plugin that uses asynchronous requests (= modern plugins, and eventually, WordPress Admin would be doing that too).
Not that I have experienced it myself, but through my users, what seems to be the culprit is (very) often WP Rocket.
What I want to say it is; ultimately, by choosing a good hosting service, we can avoid all those issues, and we don’t need plugins such as WP Rocket. Optimization should be at the server level (WP Rocket knows this tool; I doubt they use their plugin on their websites).
I am currently also building my own hosting service with a friend from school, I’ll definitely do my best to provide something awesome.
Thanks Jordy. You’ve opened my mind to discovering more about this. It’s so sad to see these companies fooling us with plugins we don’t need but pay for believing they do good. I am even surprised by the act of my currrent hosting company failing to provide server level cache support.
I will definitely stop using the two and test the AI engine chatbot to see if it would work fine and keep you posted on the progress.
Looking forward to your new hosting company being launched and see how I and my clients can benefit from it.
Regards,
Swarn
Getting this error w/o using any hosted caching. I run the site through Cloudflare. Anything I can do to fix this on their side? I also run WP Cerber Security, do you have any suggestions?
As a rule of thumb, when you meet this issue, best is to disable all the security/performance plugins temporarily. It works? Enable them one by one, and check their options carefully 🙂 And keep us updated here with what you find.
