Error: Cookies must be enabled

When trying to log into WordPress, I am receiving the following error:

Error: Cookies are blocked or unsupported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

I’ve cleared my cache, and ensure cookies are enabled. I’ve tried multiple browsers from multiple computers. I’ve turned off all of my plugins, and even have gone as far as to rename the plugin folder to ensure the problem is not located there. However, when I switch to the default WordPress theme, then problem goes away. It’s only active when I have the Chunk theme activated.

Has this issue been resolved? How can I fix this? I love the them and want to continue using it, but this is debilitating.
