Error: Couldn’t create the required database tables

    We are getting ‘couldn’t create database tables’ error or our websites, when the Retry button is clicked the following WP warning comes up:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php:2041) in /public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1216

    can you please advise how to address the issue?

    What PHP version do you have? What WordPress version do you have?

    Hello!

    I’m having the same issue

    WP GDPR Compliance: Couldn’t create the required database tables.

    Using WordPress 4.9.8
    Already tried to deactivate and activate the plugin again. Doesn’t work.

    It’s a fresh wp install with a licensed theme. I don’t use other plugins that might end up with a conflict with WP GDPR Compliance.

    Any idea will be much appreciated.
